The platform enables students to submit and track support tickets related to academic services, IT issues, facilities, hostel concerns, and other university-related requests through a user-friendly interface. The system includes a dedicated staff dashboard that allows support personnel to manage, prioritize, update, and resolve tickets efficiently.
